However, in order to obtain in the form of camera ready in a short period of time, I decided to explore the wide world of low carb recipes and experienced, with a great collection of delicious low-carb recipes that make you while more than happy to drop weight quickly.

Avocado with Shrimp Recipe
INGREDIENTS
3 ripe avocados 1 1 / 2 ounces (45g) small shrimp, peeled and cooked crab meat, white or lime juice salt and pepper For the sauce: 1 teaspoon lemon juice 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 / 4 teaspoon Dijon, a pinch of salt pinch of pepper
3 tablespoons Red Tomato Chutney 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
METHOD
Halve the avocados and place in serving dishes every six. Squeeze a little lemon juice on each one fresh and sprinkle with salt and pepper to ground. Set aside.
For the sauce: Put the lemon juice, Dijon mustard and salt in a bowl and whisk until salt has dissolved. Slowly pour in olive oil, beating continuously. Add pepper. Add Red Tomato Chutney. Add the Tabasco sauce. Whisk a little more to mix well.
To this mix now add the shrimp or crab. Combine well. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
Spoon a portion of this mixture into each avocado.
Now there are two ways of eating. You can eat as a snack, which will serve 6 or can serve three two avocado halves on each side and a salad. Delicioso!
