Step 1
Prepare and measure ingredients for cookies Granola:
* 1/2 cup butter
* 1/3 cup molasses
* 1/2 cup honey
* 1 teaspoon lemon juice
* 2 eggs beaten
* 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 2 1/2 cup of muesli
* 1 cup chopped walnuts
* 1 cup raisins
Step 2
Cream butter, molasses and honey in large bowl.
Step 3
Add the lemon juice and eggs. Mix well.
Step 4
Next the flour and salt.
Step 5
Last stir in granola, nuts and raisins.
Step 6
Drop by teaspoons full on a lightly greased tray.
Step 7
Bake for about 8 to 10 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Cool and serve. This recipe makes about 30-36 small cookies.
