America`s Top 10 fast food Healtier Restaurants

Health Magazine has published a list of 10 best American fast food healthier. Have questioned the country’s largest chain of 100 fast food (in many places). The restaurants are classified in sectors where the use of healthy fats and sodium figures prepared, the availability of nutrition information, and biological products to determine the top 10 restaurants in the standings.

1. Panera Bread -full menu of healthy options for every meal

2. Jason’s Deli dedication to organic food, for about a fifth of all ingredients is organic

3. Au Bon Pain serves sandwiches, soups, salads and hot dishes made of whole grains, vegetables and hormones, antibiotic chicken (on the site of nutrition information through kiosks)

4. Noodles & Company, the only healthy soybean oil is used in stir-fries, hormones and antibiotics in chicken, organic tofu

5. Corner Bakery Cafe menu of hearty breakfast, salads, sandwiches and soups made of whole grains, fresh, lean meat and vegetables

6. Chipotle commitment with organics, hormones and antibiotics in meat and products exempted from local suppliers and options for low-sodium

7. Atlanta Bread, Muffin Tops (half the normal size rolls), breads, sandwiches, fresh (including sandwiches), and abundant, soups and salads

8. McDonald’s Happy Meals, you can order a side of Apple Dippers (with Candy low fat) instead of potato chips and low-fat milk or fruit juice instead of soda. The chips are a healthy blend of canola oil.

9. Einstein Bros. Bagels smears reduced fat hummus and peanut butter

10. Taco Del Mar-fresh ingredients and fish instead of beef, chicken, corn tortillas, bacon and prohibit its beans and fish tacos, instead of frying.
